We offer parking via our paid vallet service. The hotel has a private garage cars are kept when not in use. The cost is 27€ per night in low season and 45€ in high season. All required information will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Thank you for your question. The Vestibul Palace does not have an elevator due to restrictions and regulations placed on heritage properties such as ours located within the UNESCO-protected area of Diocletian's palace.
Thank you for your question. Our receptionists can arrange a private transfer at any time of day or night, as long as the transfer is requested in a timely manner. Prices vary and are available on request. Other options include e.g. Uber or bus.
Dear guest, we have our private garage located 650m away from hotel. All our guests arrive to the main public parking called Riva, we wait for them, escort to the hotel and we park the car in our garage.

Dear Sir/Madam, You are trying to book a room with max. occupancy of 2 people (double use). We can prepare baby cot per request. Extra bed can be put in Junior Suite or Luxury Suite, while Superior Double Room at Villa Dobric can be for three people.

Unfortunately we do not have some facilities like pool, jacuzzi or spa because of our location in 1700-year-old Diocletian's palace and UNESCO protected part of Split old town.
Hotel renovation was monitored by conservators and they did not allow that.
However, one of our main features is proximity to beaches (10 minutes walking distance).
We can also recommend you closest spa center which 20 minutes walking distanced from our hotel.

It is possible to store exclusively for our guests at the hotel.
Our parking is dislocated as our hotel is located in pedestrian area (Split old town). Please get in touch with us directly for more information.

Unfortunately we do not have elevator in the main building nor in the annex Villa Dobric due to our UNESCO protected location of both properties. However, we provide luggage assistance upon check-in and check-out, on request in advance.
We dispose with 7 rooms located on 2 floors. Because of our location inside Diocletain's Palace - UNESCO World Heritage Site, unfortunately we were not allowed to have an elevator in the hotel since the construction was overseen by conservators.
Jean-Marc, we only have 1x Superior room and Junior suite that have possibility for twin beds. Please note request in reservation comments. Thank you.
We have taken precautions for the arriving guests and they don't have to worry as state inspection regurlarly checks if we stick to them properly.

Your assumption was correct, we do not have rooms on the ground floor in the main building nor at the annex Villa Dobric.
In the main building (hotel Vestibul Palace) there are 13 stairs to the first room located on the mezzanine floor (Standard room). One Superior room and Junior Suite are located on the first floor and there are 19 stairs to those rooms from the ground floor.
Pleas note that there are also 2 stairs on the hotel entrance.
